(i) Smt. Vibha Puri Das, IAS (UK:76), presently Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development as Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs in the vacancy of Shri Arvind Kumar Chugh, IAS (JH:74) (Retired);
(ii) Shri Ashok Thakur, IAS (HP:77), presently Special Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development as Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development vice Smt. Vibha Puri Das, on her relinquishing the charge of the post.
(iii) In partial modification of the order of even number dated 4.5.2012, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved that Shri Anil Swarup, IAS (UP:81), may continue as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, for the balance period of his tenure.
